This Air cooled heat pump chiller can be installed with fan coil units. One Chiller can match withmany indoor fan coil units. Compare to the spilt duct air conditioner, it has more advantages. Product Components� Condensing coil
High purity seamless internal thread copper tube mechanically bonded together with the
aluminum fin in order to perform the best heat transfer effect.
The hydrophilic aluminum fin can effectively reduce the thickness condensing water film during
cooling operation, and reduce the thermal resistance, improving the coil heat transfer efficiency.
� Evaporator
We adopt the high efficient, compact, and corrosion-resistant MTB brazed plate heat exchanger,
the plate of which is made of AISI316 stainless steel plates, welded together in a vacuum
furnace. The plate heat exchanger manufacturing process can absolutely meet the cooling
system requirements of clean, dry and no leakage. The herringbone plates stacked in opposite
directions combine into plate heat exchanger, and the internal passage stable the water flow
which not only improve the heat transfer efficiency, and delayed the formation of dirt.
� Compressor
Use High-performance hermetic scroll compressor, with sophisticated manufacturing technology,
reliable performance, low noise, and high energy consumption.
� Hydraulic module
Save money, save time, save your energy: with innovative built in water system design, includes
the pumps, water filters, expansion tank, flow switch, pressure gauge, safety valve, exhaust
valve and all necessary hydraulic components, dramatically saving system initial investment,
design and installation. Just a wrench for coupling pipes, a screwdriver for coupling power,
non-professionals can complete professional installation quickly.
� Body structure
The frame and panel adopt panel insert mounting structure, the panel using electrostatic spray,
strong and generous, totally integrated with the control environment.

Design &Unit Selection1. According to the user's building type, orientation, function, size, structure and
so on conditions to calculate the cooling and heating load, then determine thechiller’s type and numbers for using.
2. According to user’s building’s layout, function, decoration, noise, fresh air flowrate and such conditions to select the model and the number of the AHU,confirm the AHU installation way and air distribution form.
3. The total sum up of the cooling (heating) capacity of the AHUs should be1.3~1.5 times bigger than the nominal cooling capacity on the chiller’snameplate.
4. Based on user’s building’s pattern and structure(plane function layout,floorheight, beams, columns and plates and etc), reasonably configure the supplyand return water piping system, try to reduce the water system resistance asmuch as possible and ensure the water force balance in each branch waterpiping work. The reversed supply and return water piping system isrecommended to use, and try to add the dia. Of the pipe to increase the watercapacity of the whole system.
5. Auto vent valves should be installed in the highest point of user’s side supplyand return water piping system and the partial rise up point.Water escape valveshould be installed in the lowest point. The stop valves should be installed in thewater inlet and outlet of the chiller. A filter should be installed in the front part of theinlet pipe.
6. The condensate water of user side should be drained out as close as possible,and try to reduce the condensate point.
Installation1. When handling, must take care on safety, and try to keep the unit be vertical,
when inclination needed, the angle of inclination should be less than 15 degree.2. The chiller must be installed in place with sufficient water source and good water
quality, no impurities are allowed to block on the chiller water source anddrainage.
3. The chiller can be installed in the outside of the building (anti-freeze actionsshould be taken in winter), or can be installed in the plant room, but there shouldbe enough space between the wall or other things so that can operate and serviceeasily.
4. Try to avoid installing in the place such as bedroom, study or living rooms whichwill affect the living environment to avoid the normal operation noise enter into theroom.
5. The Fan coil unit (AHUs) should be ceiling mounted on the solid and stablefoundation (e.g. floor). The installation must be leveling and no impurities areallowed in the water tray. The access panel should be left under the fan coil unitfor easy maintenance and service.

6. The supply and return water pipe should be straight and ensure the quality ofwelding and connection. The insulation should meet the water temperaturerequirement; anti-condensation protection should be carried out on thecondensate water pipe.
7. pressure withstand test should be carried out on the water system pipe afterinstallation finished, to ensure the leakproofness of the pipe; Flush the pipe ,ensure there is no welding slag, hemp, or sand left.
8. Anti-freeze actions should be made on the outdoor water pipe system and theaccessories.
NOTESIn order to keep the chiller always under good working status, and operate with highefficient, regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out.
1. Power supply checkIf the power supply in your area is not stable, pls check the power supplyregularly. Generally, the deviation of the power supply should not exceed 10%, ifexceed 10%, start the unit is not allowed. Or a voltage stabilizer should beinstalled before unit power. The selection of the voltage stabilizer better consultprofessional person. Casually installed a voltage stabilizer is strictly forbidden,the inaccurate installation will cause people injure or assets damage.
2. Filter checkOnly when the water under suitable flow rate, temperature, the unit can reliableand high efficient operates. If there is an indication of the water flow switch actions,besides check the water pump and the water valves, the filter also need to becheck to see whether there is any blockage. If so, clean the filter and reinstall it.Generally speaking, in the initial operation period, the clean cycle for the filter isshort, suggested to be 3-7 days. When the system is operated in long time, if thewater system still work stable, the water filter no need to clean in long time.
3. Water treatment equipment checkAfter long time operation, if the heat exchanger efficient of the heat exchanger isdecreased, besides check the water flow rate and temperature, whether there isdirty accumulation in the heat exchanger also need to be checked. If the watertreatment equipment loses the function of dirty clean or the efficient is decreased,it need to be clean or replaced.
4. after long time stop, check before start upThe following items should be checkeda). thoroughly check and clean the whole unitb). clean the filter, the water treatment equipment, the water pipe system thepump and valve in water systemc). check the power and the circuit.

5. daily energy saving suggestiona) in summer, the room temperature should not set too low, and in winter, not too
high;b) When unit running, pls close the door and winter and curtain to avoid direct
sunshine.c) Clean the water system regularly.d) Well protect the insulation material for the unit and water system, to avoid
unnecessary heating or cooling loss due to the insulation peel off or broken.6. If the main power switch had been cut off for long time, so 6 hours preheating for
the compressor is needed before start up.
