Casella ETi Air Quality systems are able to demonstrate considerable running cost savings when compared with other systems. This low power consumption feature enables Casella ETi Air Quality Solutions to be easily connected to a standard mains power source to minimise the cost of installation. ISO 9001 - QUALITY THROUGHOUT All Casella ETi Air Quality Solutions use the Casella Monitor range of ME 9800 Ambient Gas Analysers that are constructed and tested in the UK under the control of an accredited ISO 9001:2000 management system. The same standards apply to all Casella Air Quality station design and integration activities. This arrangement guarantees that clients benefit from a quality control system which produces high quality Analysers combined with fully integrated Air Quality systems produced under the same roof. CALIBRATION COMPETENCY - DATA ACCURACY The revised EU Clean Air for Europe (CAFÉ) Air Quality Directives, require data to posess an uncertainty of no more than ± 15%. Casella ETi has always paid particular attention to the design and methodology of calibration. One option is to introduce calibration gas directly into the sample manifold to ensure the complete system right through to analyser display is checked. This methodology quickly identifies any sample inlet faults and corrects for any possible sample losses. The result is maximum data capture and accuracy. As a result the Casella ME 9841 is widely regarded as the best Single Reaction Chamber Analyser available today and ideally suited to roadside application. The unique sample bypass loop design eliminates the generation of NO 2 artefact, producing an accurate measurement of the NO 2 concentration.
