Air Cooling System

We are involved in offering a wide range of Air Cooling System, which includes Air

Washer, Air handing Unit,Fresh Air Unit and Cellulose Paper Pad / Cooling PadsPVCFills, FAN COIL UNITDuctable Unit. These are commonly used for dissipating heat, whichworks with an increased flow of air over its surface. These are available in variouscustomized finishes as per the clients need.

1. Air Washer

Central Air- Cooling is the ideal alternative in places likes bungalows, restaurants, offices etc.where

large area, separate rooms or cabins & different floors are involved.

The conventional air washer, comprising distribution louvers, sprays header piping & eliminator,

occupies large space, involves on site fabrication GI/RCC, expert consultancy & supervision & huge

cost. Due to these inherent problems in conventional Air Washers, Central Air Cooling was not

installed in Bungalows, Restaurants & Offices.

ENVIRO TECH Air Washer has now overcome all these problems. It is the latest & most advanced

factory assembled unit, having 3000 CFM to 25000CFM capacity : suitable for floor area 600 sq. ft. to

4000 sq.ft. And above.

2. AHU Unit

higher capacity 800 cfm to 60000 cfm-v-beltt drive & direct drive static presure 10 mm to 300 mm w.

Technical Specifications.

we are manufacturing air handling unit & ceiling suspended units in single & double skin configurations

casing the standard aluminum hollow profile, panel thick 25mm insulation p. U. F outer color coated

sheet. Inner gi plain sheet, blower centrifugal type forward curved, wet and dry sections, cooling coil

filter section easly slided for 50 mm thick pre air filter box type washable type & canvas.

APPLICATION.

Air conditioning, showroom, shopping mall, restaurant & bar, hotels, office, call centre, building,

schools, studio, institute, hospital, Pharma Company, clean room, etc.

3. Fresh Air Unit / Dust Free Unit

Unit Capacity

From 2000 cfm to 50000 cfm or above

Casing

In Double skin construction the structure is made of hollow aluminum profile with nylon corners andpanels are made of 0.6 mm thickness pre - coated outer sheet and GI inner sheet. The panels areinsulated with injected PUF (38kg / cubic m.) / EPS slabs / Kini Foam. In Single skin construction thestructure is modular type, made of GI hollow profile and is mechanically bolted with Top and BottomTray. Panels are made of 18g. Or 16g. (Thickness varies according to the size of unit).

Blower

The Blowers used in Unit are imported or indigenous and is centrifugal type Forward Curved fornormal static pressure, Mounted on Rubber Isolators for smooth and quite operation. Sant makeBlowers are dynamically and statically balanced on FIE make computerized Balancing machine.

Motor

The motor used is Drip proof mounted on specially designed adjustable motor base. Electrical supplynormally is 3 ph / + / -415 volts.

Flat Filter Section

Filter section channels are designed for 50 mm thick Expanded Aluminum Mesh washable Pre Filterswith easily removable facility.

4. Cellulose Paper Pad

Apart from manufacturing the fans for various applications. Enviro tech markets the cell deck cooling

pad, made by various companies in India and abroad and is well established withrespect to poultry,

horticulture (greenhouse) andindustrial applications.

the evaporative cooling pad (ecp) made of cell deck cooling pad paper is engineered from cross-

sectional, specially treated flute media capable of absorbing and retaining water to provide the

maximum cooling efficiencies. The cell deck cooling pad media is treated with stiffening and wetting

agents to provide the cooling, without any water carryover.

The pads are designed for tropical and subtropical countries, ensures greater performance during

summer seasons. The pad media is treated with anti-rot and rigidifying resins. The media is cross-

corrugated to maximize the mixing of air and wather. Saturation effectiveness ranging from 50 to

98% can be achieved depending upon air velocity and depth of the cooling pad.

Air flows horizontally, while the re-circulating water flows vertically, through the pad. The water is

collected at bottom of the pad and is re-circulated again by a pump through the unique gutter system

made of g. I. Sheet.

5. FAN COIL UNIT.

Fan coil units are available in two configurations: Horizontal type suitable for ceiling suspension and

Vertical type suitabia for floor mounting:

Technical Specifications:

Casing: Galvanised sheets of heavy gauge steel with suitable drain tray to avoid sweating. TheFan Coil Unit are (double skin) Powder coating.

Blowers: The multiblade forward curved centrifugal type aluminium fan wheels statically and

dynamically Balanced are driven by extended shaft motor.

Fan Motor: 3 speed, permanent split capacitor type motor with extended manual speed

selection.

Drain Fan: Heavy gauge. Double skin Insulated drain pan extend full width of coil collect

condensate from Chilled water coils, valve and fitting with provision of drain nipple to avoidoverflow.

Cooling Coil: 3 row deep, 3/8 O.D. copper tubing, Aluminum fin constuctioin providemaximum. Heat transfer. The water inlet and outlet are provided with flare nut for connections to

control valves.

Air Filter: Filter are made of expanded aluminum mesh/ HDPE media/synthetic non-w oven

media and Are permanent cleanable type filter the air to a maximum deg

6. Ductable Unit.

Ceiling suspended ductable units [capacity 1000 cfm-10000 cfm]

Direct drive ceiling suspended ductable units [capacity 1000 cfm-5000 cfm.

7. Axial Flow Fan.

Enviro Tech Axial Flow Fans have MS Casing / Bracket with cast aluminium alloy impeller with

aerofoil section blades suitable for various mountings.

Enviro Tech Axial Flow Fans are used in industry for providing general ventilation, fume exhaust and removal of hot

spots and as roof extractor.

8. Air Curtain.

An Air Curtain is a modern device which when installed on a door forms an invisible curtain of continuous air which

restrict the escape of conditioned air and also prevent entry of outside hot, humid, dirty and unwanted polluted air.

Enviro Tech Air Curtains areavailable in two configuration (both vertical and horizontal) and 4 different velocities.

They are suited for door opening ranging from 2. 5 ft. (0mm) wide to 8 ft. (2. 44 mtrs) wide and invelocities ranging

from 7 m/sec. Or above as per customer requirements. These velocities are divided in 4 different groups for the

convenience of our customers which are as below :

Normal Velocity : (7 to 9 m/sec. ) air curtain of this range generally used for internal doors, windows and such

spaces where the outside wind velocity is not very high.

High Velocity : (10 to 12 m/sec. ) this is the most popular range of velocity for the air curtains required by the

customers. This is used for internal as well as external doors.

Extra Velocity : (13 to 15 m/sec. ) air curtains in this velocity range are used for external door where outside wind

velocity is very high or where it is very important that no dust insects or flies should enter.

Special Purpose : ( 13 m/sec or above). these air curtains are special purpose type and are made according to

specific requirements of valued customers. These are ideally suited for dairies, food processing units or other

application where it is extremely important that no outside air should enter the premise.
