Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), “The Boss” Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description:The Chief Executive Officer of AIO works in partnership with the Board of Directors and is responsible for the success of AIO. One job of the CEO along with the Board of Directors is to continue to keep AIO relevant to the community, and to accomplish the mission statement of the Corporation. The CEO plans, directs and has an influence on all policies and objectives of AIO. The individual should also have experience in many different fields and practices. It is expected that the experience and creativity of the individual will help meet the goals of AIO. There are three positions that report to the Chief Executive Officer: the Chief Financial Officer “Money Bags”, Chief Operating Officer “The Mechanic”, and the Chief Marketing Officer “The Hipster”.

Duties and Responsibilities: Mission planning - Formulates the mission statement, values and goals of AIO with help

from the Board of Directors. Identifies and solves problems and pursues business opportunities. Must keep informed on developments that happen throughout the organization. (20%)

Management - Has oversight of all AIO activities. Manages all day-to-day operations. Assures the efficiency of the organization. One task is to develop and implement standards of controls, procedures, and evaluation. Supply the organization with a quality staff and an atmosphere that supports it. Recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and evaluates the staff. (30%)

Legal - Monitors compliance with laws and files all legal documents. (15%) Financing - Encourages cost-effective programs and services that are of high quality. The

CEO also oversees the activities of the CFO and analyzes the budgets and reporting procedures. Serves as the chief development officer (for the fund development program) or finds the correct person to complete the tasks. Helps guide the fund development committee. Actively searches for and cultivates shareholders. (15%)

Community - Uses marketing and other communication skills to make AIO a large part of the community. Acts as a public advocate for issues that are relevant to AIO and its policies. Tries to improve AIO by considering input from all AIO stakeholders: investors, employees, customers, and so forth. Is the chief spokesman for AIO. Develops key relationships in the community. (20%)

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO), “Money Bags” Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description:The Chief Financial Officer will provide both operational and administrative support to AIO. The CFO will supervise the finance unit and will be the chief financial spokesperson for AIO. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will assist the COO on all strategic decisions relating to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, needs and the securing of additional funding. The CFO will strictly focus on finance, accounting, and the investment activities of the organization, along with the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. The staff accountants at AIO will report directly to the CFO.

Duties and Responsibilities: Draft prospective financial and operating budgets, and determine the cost effectiveness of

prospective service delivery. (20%) Ensure controls are installed and that substantial documentation is in place so that all

statements may pass independent and government audits. (20%) Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets. (15%) Monitor banking activities of the organization's needs. (15%) Oversee the production of monthly reports by staff accountants, including financial

statements and cash flow projections. (10%) Participate in developing new business ideas by assisting both the CEO and COO in

identifying new investment and profitable opportunities. (10%) Attend Board meetings in which he or she will lead staff on the Audit and Finance

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO), “The Mechanic” Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description: The COO is the executive responsible for the adherence to all AIO policy and strategy as well as the effective completion of AIO’s long-term and short-term goals. The position requires strong leadership and directing skills, backed by significant experience and sound judgment. The COO will interpret performance indicators and constantly plan with other executives the direction the company should take. The COO reports to the CEO the progress of specific projects and initiatives, as well as relaying to middle managers the strategies and goals set by company leaders. COO will be reported to directly by the managers of the three AIO divisions: the Bar & Grill Manager, Sportsplex Manager, and Lodging Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor dashboards and performance measures of the company’s overall operations.

threats to the company’s efficiency and effectiveness, as well as give direction on new initiatives and relay company strategy. (25%)

Job Description:The CMO is a leadership role in our company’s marketing department. This job requires the individual to take control over several subordinates and to have a sense of creativity as well as be very adaptive to his or her environment. The CMO is responsible for facilitating growth within the company, creating branding, and developing a marketing strategy. This strategy must focus on generating revenue with reduced costs with the least amount of risk. He or she must have the drive to gain profits for the business and make the company known worldwide. The CMO must work well with the executive team in striving to achieve company goals. The advertising team, which consists of graphic designers, media professionals and application developers reports to the CMO.

Duties and Responsibilities: Direct, plan, and coordinate marketing budgets that fit the organization's goals to create

branding and reach audiences in our target market. (20%) Review and approve advertising campaigns and marketing reports that fit in our

organizations goals to increase revenue and generate more profit. (20%) Recruit, hire, and supervise an advertising staff that will produce the desired results.

Job Description: The Bar & Grill Manager is responsible for the business performance of AIO's Bar & Grill, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health, and safety. He or she will also be responsible to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the workers and resources of the Bar & Grill for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages. The server manager and the restaurant maintenance staff report to the Bar & Grill Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: Work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are flavorful and popular with

customers. Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service. (40%)

Supervise operation of bar to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability, and conform to alcoholic beverage regulations. (10%)

Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special Bar & Grill functions. (10%)

Job Description: The Sportsplex Manager will oversee daily operations of the sportsplex, interview and hire employees to create a working staff, and ensure that all operations run smoothly. He or she will run daily operations while also assisting staff when necessary, offering the best customer service. Whatever is needed, the sportsplex manager will be there to get things organized and resolved. The general coordinator reports to the Sportsplex Manager. The General Manager / Coordinator will report to the Sporstplex Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve customer complaints pertaining to sportsplex staff misconduct.

(10%) Ensure fields, courts, and sports equipment are cared for and maintained properly. (20%) Work with interested teams to schedule practice times, and interested leagues to schedule

tournaments. (50%) Collaborate with Bar & Grill Manager and Lodging Manager to plan for scheduling and

Job Title: Lodging Manager (“Mr. Sleepy”) Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description: The Lodging Manager is responsible for the effective operation of AIO’s lodging facilities. This middle management position serves as the crucial link between the planning and strategizing and the service and performance. The Lodging manager will evaluate operations to ensure that the staff prepares a clean and safe environment for AIO visitors. The Customer Service Representatives, Front Desk Receptionist, and Lodging Janitorial staff will report to the Lodging Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: Meet with AIO executives to discuss Lodging Division performance and plan for

finances, resources, and new processes. (30%) Check in with Customer Service and Front Desk to receive feedback, solve problems.

(10%) Speaking with visitors for effectiveness evaluation. (10%) Ensure the correct and efficient booking of large parties and that the events run smoothly.

(10%) Monitor and evaluate work performance of service and janitorial staff to ensure the best

Position Requirements:AIO requires a bachelor’s degree in business and three years of management experience for this position. Job Title: Staff Accountant Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description:The staff accountant will work under the supervision of the CFO, and will directly provide management with financial information. They will maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers, as well as prepare and analyze department budgets. Staff accountants will also be responsible to prepare tax returns that can lead to potential overtime during tax season.

Duties And Responsibilities: Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and

analyzing information. (30%) Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports. (25%) Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, and reconciling accounts.

(20%) Answer accounting and financial questions from management by researching and

Position Requirements:AIO requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 1 year of accounting experience for the staff accountant position. Staff accountants will be relied upon to incorporate ethical judgment and confidentiality in daily accounting procedures and decision-making. Communication, organization, time management, and computer proficiency skills are essential to the position. The staff accountant will work 40 hours/week year-round. Starting salary will be $30,000.

Job Title: Advertising Team Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description:The advertising team at AIO is an entry level job that requires a lot of hard work and determination. The team member must be able to accomplish tasks on time and be constantly active in idea generation discussions. He or she will have to research and know the current market on a day to day basis and report any changes found along the way. This team member will create new product/ service ideas as well as be a major part in creating new marketing plans and promotions. He or she must be able to work well with other people.

Duties and Responsibilities: Introduce new products/ services as well as new marketing/promotion techniques. (20%) Research current psychological, social, and economic trends. (20%) Provide marketing research, creative ideas, and solve problems. (20%) Carry out special marketing projects. (10%) Maintain ongoing personal communication with colleagues in the group to make sure that

he/she is fully aware of what is going on and can contribute appropriately. (30%)

Position Requirements:This is a full time position, about 30-40 hours a week. The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a GPA of at least 3.0. He or she must be highly analytical, have excellent judgment, be able to multi-task, and be an effective oral presenter. Job Description:Liaison between staff and upper management. The general Coordinator coordinates basic functions and makes sure lower level employee work is satisfactory. Coordinator arranges schedule to accommodate needed shifts/availability to create a smoothly running organization, trains staff members to be knowledgeable in their individual positions, and delegates jobs accordingly. Reports all knowledge of company/employees to the manager. Referee and Maintenance employees will report directly to the General Manager / Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities: Meet with Sportsplex Manager to plan and prepare for future large events scheduled at

the sportsplex. (15%) Take calls to schedule teams and individuals that wish to attend AIO Sportsplex. (20%) Coordinate referees, sports equipment, and fields/courts to ensure everyone scheduled

receives the service they expect. (40%) Report to the Sportsplex Manager with any equipment that must be replaced or new

equipment that must be purchased. (5%) Coordinate guests during “free play” to assemble teams and facilitate maximum game

play. (20%)

Position requirements:This position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in a business setting. We look for a well-rounded, outgoing individual who excels in communication skills and leadership skills. One must be able to organize a staff to run efficiently, and to be able to run basic operations to create a successful running staff. For one to attain this, one must be able to not only to work independently on coordinating a staff, but to be very observational, and to know employee strengths and weaknesses to get tasks done efficiently. This is a full time position that pays $12.00 per hour to start.

Job Title: Referee Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description:The referee acts as an officiator and overseer of all sporting events. He or she is here to promote a fun, enjoyable experience to those who use the facility, giving them the best service possible. Works with customers on a regular basis to assist them in activities, enforce the rules for sporting events, and to prevent or aid in the event of injury.

Duties and Responsibilities: Referee scheduled games indoors and outdoors. (55%) Join “free play” games when an extra individual is needed. (25%) Call for help and assist the injured guest in the event of an injury. (5%) Report to coordinator for game assignments, and prepare fields for assigned games.

Position Requirements:This position requires a high-school diploma and an age of at least 18 years. This position requires proper CPR training and certification. Job Description:The Server Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Server Manager acts like a Bar & Grill manager in training. They come in and work closely with all areas of the Bar & Grill and work with the Bar & Grill Manager until they are ready to take on their full responsibilities. The servers, bussers, bartenders, cooks, and front desk greeters will report directly to the server manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all

Job Title: Busser Date: May 1, 2013

Job Description:The busser position is meant to lighten the load of our waiters and waitresses because the restaurant can get very busy. The busser mainly will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, but may be asked to aid the servers in bringing plates to tables if needed. They must also empty and replace garbage bags, as well as carry full bags to the dumpster.

Duties and Responsibilities: Clearing tables - clear all of the glasses, plates and silverware into a tub (then cleaning

the dishes), wiping down and sanitizing the table (50%) Setting tables - place new place mats, plates, napkins and silverware on the table, ensure

Job Description:The host/hostess at AIO will be responsible for welcoming guests and leading them to their assigned tables. He or she must assess both the dining room and waiting list in choosing which tables to fill. The host/hostess will keep the waiting list and seating chart updated with accurate and meaningful information, so as to be able to carry out his or her duties quickly and efficiently. In addition, he or she will be responsible for fielding phone calls, answering visitors’ questions, and booking call-ahead reservations.

Duties and Responsibilities: The host/hostess is to greet guests, strategically establish seating locations, and lead them

to their table. (40%) Observe the open parts of the restaurant and the waiting list. Accurately determine the

approximate wait-time, always keeping it as minimal as possible. (20%) Ensure that the guests are comfortable and satisfied while waiting for a table. (20%) Responsible for taking phone calls, answering any visitors’ questions, and booking call-

Job Description:The bartender’s main responsibilities will be to mix and serve drinks to customers. Bartenders are also required to collect payment, and assist customers and provide customer service up to the AIO standard.

Job Description:The customer service representative position at AIO assists are customers to better understand our product and services as well as assist them with problems that they might have with our product or services. The Customer Service Rep. msut have great customer service skills, problem solving skills, documentation skills, phone skills, and must be able to multi-task. Job Description:The front desk at the AIO lodging facilities is responsible for welcoming guests, and checking them in and out. They must also inform all guests of the rules of the hotel. It is expected that the front desk help the guest in every way possible, which includes helping them with travel plans and directions in the surrounding area which may be unfamiliar to many guests. When a guest leaves, the front desk must inform the janitorial staff which rooms need to be cleaned and re-stocked.

Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome guests to the AIO Lodging facility. Register guests into AIO’s computer

system, assign a room, and provide them the corresponding room key. (30%) Field phone calls to book room reservations, and make calls to confirm (5%) Handle the payments made by guests (30%) Find the correct help for guests that ask. This may involve contacting maintenance, room

service, or managers to handle diverse issues or complaints. (20%) Take and relay room service orders from the guests. (5%) Assist guests in making travel arrangement and provide information for those who are

unfamiliar with the area surrounding AIO. (10%)

Position Requirements:The front desk greeter must be proficient with a computer, specifically Microsoft Access and Excel. The employee will be trained to navigate the system we use to assign room numbers. He or she must exhibit a polite and welcoming demeanor, and should exercise good communication skills in order to answer questions about the facility. The front desk greeter will need to maintain a high degree of organization and efficiency. The position also requires general knowledge of the area surrounding AIO’s facilities. This position is part-time and pays $7.50 per hour to start.

Job Description:Janitorial and Maintenance Staff are essential to keeping AIO functional and clean for our visitors to enjoy. Janitorial personnel will keep dining, lodging, and play areas, as well as restrooms at AIO standards of cleanliness through traditional cleaning methods. Maintenance staff will care for AIO’s external appearance and accessibility through lawn care and weather response. In addition, Maintenance will take care of any general repairs they are well-prepared to tackle.

Janitorial Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and tidy entrance/waiting areas, lobby (10%) Clean and re-stock restrooms (15%) Collect trash and recycling from facilities (10%) Division-specific: Clean floor and disinfect tables in dining area in Restaurant/Bar,

Position Requirements:AIO is open to any educational background for Janitorial and Maintenance Personnel. Maintenance workers are preferred to have some mechanical experience. Responsibilities differ with seasons, so hours will vary, but you can expect to work, on average, a 40 hour week. Wage will be $7.25 to $10.00 per hour, depending on experience and specific tasks performed.
