    production, oce management

    and 11 years in insurance

    recruiting.

    She completed the AINS

    program in 1979, CPCU in 2000,

    AIS, ACS in 2005, AAI in 2007

    and CIC in 2012. Kay has been

    teaching AINS, AIS and CPCU

    classes since 2000 and was

    awarded Level IV Outstanding

    Instructor Award by The

    Institutes. In 2011, she was

    presented with the Jack

    Derrickson Award by The

    Institutes for Outstanding

    2. Complete the reading and write out your

    course guide answers for each assign-

    ment before the virtual class. This will

    help you understand the educational

    objective highlights of the weekly virtual

    review sessions.

    Participating in the virtual classroom can be a

    great resource for many struggling with stay-

    ing on track with ARM study. You have a

    forum to ask questions of the instructor, and

    you have the support of your peers who are
