role on how the normal public perceives policy
moves. She tried to draw the impact created by
various media houses which came up with digital
financial literacy campaigns which eased the stress
among people. "People are happy and did not resort
to riots, thinking that black marketeers in the society
are suffering due to demonetization."
This last discussion brought the enlightening

time tested customer engagement strategy and it
progresses from partnership. He finally
concluded by mentioning qualitative growth in
engagement bonding results in improved
revenues and profits. Conflict resolution builds
trust and enhances engagement with customers
and stakeholders. Continuous efforts or inventing
new ways of capturing, managing and analyzing
of customer data to improve the ROI on
marketing activities is leveraged using social
media which simply cannot be ignored. The

experience that the customer engagement broadens
the performance of certain specific bank branches

generation is witnessing age of disruptions. He was

India's growth trajectory in the next 25 years. The
India's share in the financial market to come is so
bright and this growth in the wealth is going to open
a great opportunity. The future relations in financial
sector with the customer are seen s an opportunity
for the relationship manager who will have to look
for customer life time engagement for various
banking and investment needs.
Mr Vikas Bajaj, Associate Director of Commercial
Markets, IBM: IBM's monopolistic situation is
shattered from the early days of main frame
providers with the advancement of various media in
engaging and partnering with enterprises. The
