Marketing and Communications '1415AIESEC University of Santo Tomas
Marketing and Communications is responsible forcommunicating AIESEC’s brand to its stakeholders, alumnae
and externals in the form of publicity materials, events,partnerships, promotions and other marketing strategies.
It is the department’s responsibility to properly implement theAIESEC brand experience and generate top mind recognition
that will further lead to engagement with AIESEC.

Thomasian Leadership Experience SummitAn event pioneered by AIESEC University of Santo Tomas.Empowering the Thomasian community to live up to theirleadership potential.
Role of OCP:The Organizing Committee President for TLXPS 2015 is responsible for planning andexecuting the EwA event through leading a team of vice presidents and a number of staffmembers.
TLXPS OC Team:OCVP Programs- in charge of designing the agenda for the event. and of contacting & managing speakers,managing event facilitators, creating necessary output to support other activitiesOCVP Logistics- in charge of securing a venue for the conference, as well as procuring needed materials for it.OCVP Promotions- in charge of developing a promotional plan, and executing tactics to create awareness, hypeand promote the PR event to target delegatesOCVP Creatives- in charge of designing and creating publicity materials for the conference --event posters,teasers, info posts -- as well as coming up with the logo & visuals.OCVP Delegate Management- tasked to attend to and anticipate the needs of all delegates prior, during, andafter the conference.OCVP Sponsorships- Forms a marketing strategy to acquire partnerships relevant to the eventOCVP Finance- oversees the financial sustainability of the conference through ensuring that there is stability inthe inflow and outflow of cash throughout the preparation and execution of TLXPS.
Brand ManagementResponsible for the correct management of the brand or imageand reputation we want others to associate with our organizationas well as the visual executions created to influence others andgenerate value.
Role of Team Leader:The Brand Management Director is in charge of gathering testimonials from thestakeholders for brand showcasing, as well as in managing archives, brand auditing,branding crash course among AIESEC members and handling team members.
Brand Management Team Members:Creatives Manager for TLXPS (i.e. OCVP Creatives) - in charge of designing allmaterials for the eventCreatives Manager for Exchange Marketing- in charge of synergizing withExchange Marketing sub-function and designing all materials related to ExMarCreatives Manager for Digital Marketing- in charge of synergizing with DigitalMarketing for designing all materials related to the sub-functionBrand Management Copywriter- Content creator for all branding materials

Exchange Marketing
Role of Team Leader:The Director for Exchange Marketing will facilitate both the creation andimplementation of OGX campaigns for the second semester. The Director shalloversee the campaign from feasibility assessment to post-peak evaluation.
Exchange Marketing Team Members:Exchange Marketing Copywriter- Content creator for all exchange marketingmaterials including technical writing and creative writingLogistics Officers (2)- Synergizes with oGCDP for logistics processes in exchangerecruitment (e.g. reserving rooms for Orientation Seminars)Push Marketing Officer- synergizes with BD for partnerships in ExchangepromotionsInternal Marketing Officers (2)- synergizes with TM to promote exchange toAIESEC members within AIESEC UST
Responsible for facilitating both the creation andimplementation of OGX campaigns for the second cycle
Digital Marketing
Role of Team Leader:The Director for Digital Marketing will oversee the members as well as reach andengage as many people through online channels
Digital Marketing Team Members:Digital Marketing Copywriter- Content creator for all digital marketing materialsincluding technical writing and creative writingSocial Media Manager for Facebook- handles all social media initiatives onFacebook (e.g. posting, sharing, tracking)Social Media Manager for other accounts- handles all social media initiatives onTwitter, Weebly, Tumblr, etc. (e.g. sharing, posting, tracking)Internal Newsletter Manager- in charge of handling the internal newsletters to becirculated within the local committee
Provides and manages relationships across digital channels.It will be composed of internal communications andexternal digital marketing

External Newsletter Manager- handles the implementation of externalnewsletters to be promoted in all digital channels of the organizationDigital Marketing Manager for TLXPS- handles all executions in promotions forTLXPSDigital Marketing Manager for Exchange Marketing- handles all promotions indigital channels for Exchange MarketingWebsite Managers (2)- responsible for creating the website as well as maintain it
