LCP ELECTION 13-14

The Election of the next Local Committee Presi-dent was held yesterday

at the University of Mauritius. Two courageous candi-dates were running for this position namely, Divya Mu-rugesan and Divesh Gokhool. It was in a good mood that the candidates went through the different phases of the election. We were astonished by the level of the two candidates. AIESEC UOM Task Force Launched!!!

After 30.03.13, AIESEC UOM decided to form part of

the solidarity chain to help the victims. As such, we

launched the AIESEC UoM Task Force. Led by Divesh,

the first task of the task force will be to organize a child

day in a specific area affected by the flash floods. This

will consists of presentations, ice breakers, roll call and

various child activities. After making a little survey, we

came to the conclusion that the best period to do this is

after exams. Those who wants to be part of this event

This week we will have a 2hr training concerning Non-X. For

those who don’t know Non-X are those projects where we don’t

have EPs.
