All LCVP Applicants ! Proud of you all! The first project of the Journalism Team from the communications department has been made. You can check it out HERE. The team is still under construction and any suggestion and ideas are most welcomed :) LCP Election Round 1 The first round of LCP election took place this Sunday the 24th of March in Helvetia Youth Cen- tre. It started with the speeches by previous LCPs namely Nekitsing Shersing , Melina Mootien and the current LCP, Mushood, followed by a talent show, with Divesh making an improv, Jason playing the guitar and displaying his acting talents and Shree singing, which was very enter- taining for all those present! It was then back to serious business with each applicants giving presentations and then a Q&A session whereby each entity, the LCP,the EB, the MC, Alumnis and Full members were able to ask the appli- cants about their plans and vision. After a first round of voting, Divesh and Shree came up with the ma- jority of votes, and a second round of voting was held. It resulted in Divesh getting 11.1 %, Shree 36.4 % and abstention of 52.5 % And as a result no candidate could be selected out of the 3. Second round of Applications for LCP have now been re-opened. The last part of the long day ended with all LCVP applicants namely, Nishay,Jeffree,Shree,Lovlesh,Khajal,Neel,Amriin,Divya and Vidoosha obtaining the vote of con- fidence from all entities. Their next step would now be Interview by the Elected LCP! Good luck to all!! The chair for the day was Deelen and fellow alumni Rowin Kristanama was also present.
