Also, in December she will start working on transition, at MC and LC level, by developing some simple guidelines that will help us prepare the next leadership body of AIESEC Norway. Dasha is working on planning IT Talent event the aim of which is to brand AIESEC in a corporate sector and to attract companies to take IT trainees. Andreas is working with the LCPs on finalizing the LCP and EB selection process. Exciting times are ahead and more in-formation is coming very soon. All the LCs are in the process of redefining the project, adapting to their local reality and need in the market.

Promotion time is over and we are now in the period where we make it or break it in OGX. In total, 31 EPs are in the data-base, available for amazing experiences. RECOGNITION FROM THE COUNTRY

NEWS FROM THE COUNTRY

We are currently going into the last month of the semester and we can actually count on our fingers the days left of our year. We are closing in on a year where we are currently on the path of growth in results compared to last year at the same time, however at the same time we are still a bit behind our goals of the year. As every member is in exam periods as well, what the country needs now to think about every day is to focus on the small things that could secure the perfor-mance of this year and also to gather strengths and motivation for the next half a year to come. Without a doubt the focus should be on RAISING, MATCHING and REALIZING the pipeline that we have now.

In GIP ICX we need to make the phone calls and follow ups on the companies we have met this year to make the RAISING happen. The crucial, yet brutal reality of sales is that if we don't follow up on them now, they will forget us

over Christmas. The focus should be about following up the pipeline and get a concrete answer: Yes or No.

In GIP and GCDP OGX the focus should be on RAISING the final pipeline of candidates that you have and to en-sure that they are matched before taking Christmas holiday. Imagine the feeling of taking Christmas holiday having

completed the exams and matched the EPs that will go abroad in January. As you know, there are no impact made in a EP that in the end didn't find an internship.

In GCDP ICX the main focus should be on sustaining the Winter Education projects that we have and MATCHING the TNs with amazing candidates. What can YOU do as a GCDP ICX member the next 10 days to ensure that there are enough money and accommodation provided to the participants in order to actually realize the project? In the end we have only few days left of the semester and still some real results that needs to be consolidated. If we do so, if we raise, match and realize, we will for sure finish a term with growth compared to last year and with results to look back to when starting off fresh in January. Delivering our EPs and TNs that we have now is what will ensure the success of next semester.

Lets raise, match and realize AIESEC Norway’s potential!

Sincerely yours, Andreas
