Dear Applicant

My final message to you is that a leader takes people where they want to go, a great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily

want to go, but ought to be. This is the best job you can ever come across so never turn down this opportunity to lead one of the

biggest and historical entities in Africa. With the current speed the world is moving we need people like you to take actions; we need

people like you to change others and restore confidence in them; we need people like you to lead AIESEC towards 2015.

Hoping to receive your application very soon

It takes a great deal of courage and strength to open this application package and even to decide to apply for the role of

Member Committee President of AIESEC in Ghana. Congratulations for taken this bold step at this point in your AIESEC Career;

I know it took so many days of intense thinking, consultation and research to finally arrive at this awesome decision.

Our organization since 1948 has been at the forefront of youth leadership through effective delivery of international Internships

across the length and breadth of the globe. We believe by doing so we minimize the risk the world is currently exposed to hence

fulfilling our long term vision of peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. This is what distinguishes AIESEC from any other

organization; this is why over 100,000 members of AIESEC globally are so ambitious and crazy enough to take actions, this is why

I am so much in love with this truly amazing organization of ours, this is why you should continue your AIESEC experience for another

year by becoming the President of AIESEC in Ghana. It took me over 2 months to successfully decide that I was the best person to lead

AIESEC in Ghana for the 2014.2015 year. In the beginning I was really scared but I later realized that only those who will risk going too

far will possibly find out how they can go; I motivated and strengthened myself for the role which I am currently occupying.

Personally, I will say AIESEC has been the best thing that has ever happen to me in life. For the past 5 years I have gone through a very

intense but yet incredible experiences which have seen me travel to over 14 countries in the world. Steering the affairs of AIESEC in

Ghana for the past four months has neither been an easy job nor a waste of time. This is the first time I am leading a team of 9

individuals from three different nationalities with diverse knowledge on how to push towards the development of an organization with

global credentials. I have learnt a lot about how to manage expectations of different stakeholders to ensure they are all satisfied.

AIESECly Yours

Branham Anamon

President, AIESEC in Ghana
