and full support until they reach their
workplace (eg. Hai Phong, Quang Ninh,
Quang Binh, etc.).

interns’ performance and daily life.
Each intern is entitled to an ER member

We have engaged Talent Pool Vietnam, a specialist HR consultant firm, in our
organizational development.
The firm has helped us to define our key bottlenecks in performance and
organizational development, such as member development, leadership development,
brand, etc., then define a multi-staged solution plan to solve problems one by one.
We are now in the very first phase to deal with the most urgent issue: lack of
member development roadmap. The project continues in the future.
