raising competition between the teams;- Matching tracking and coordination – new ways of matching, offline
matching, country promotion etc.• OGX- Recruitment promotion tools – online promo, targeted approach
(graduates, pools etc.)- Matching support and tracking – internship promo nationally, buddy
system• X- Knowledge management and sharing – X weekends, managing info flow
Things that hold back the potential• ICX- Active sales activities could be started earlier – summer sales, start in Oct
right after induction time- Diversification of TN pools and targeted sales- Retention rate of active members involved in ICX• OGX- University relations could impact the all year long recruitment promo- OGX by pools and projects recruitment- EP matching tracking and fast communications
