AIESEC Thailand can offer International Volunteer from more than 100 countries around the

world. While Rakkaew Foundation can select any specific profile of volunteer to work with Rakkaew University Students in any Community Development Program around Thailand.

Global Community Development Partnership – Incoming Exchange

Condition for Rakkaew Foundation

1. Pay for program operation fee at 3,000฿ per volunteer (The fee is included VISA, Airport pickup and preparation seminar for volunteer)

2. Provide accommodation and food for the volunteer through out the project

3. Provide minimum of 6 weeks and 2 volunteers per project

4. Make sure the project involves the volunteer to experience leadership development

Responsible Action Timeline

1 AIESEC Develop a Promotion material, Application and Guidebook (with pool of EPs in a year list ) for Rakkaew network of University who might interest in having International Volunteer join the Rakkaew Project. Prepare selling presentation to the University during Rakkaew field visit or any Rakkaew seminar.

2 Rakkaew Promote “International Volunteer Program” to current Rakkaew Program in each University with AIESEC to provide with application form. (Project Name, detail, University, volunteer JD, etc.)

3 AIESEC Go through the project application, recheck the criteria and process the agreement signed between AIESEC and Rakkaew. Assign the application to the matching team to find the right volunteer candidate for each project requirement.

4 Rakkaew Review, interview and select the candidate for each Rakkaew project who submit the application for International Volunteer. (Selection Process)

5 AIESEC Organize training session for Rakkaew student to be able to do the reception program while the volunteer working in the project. And assist Rakkaew student in any challenge that can happen during the volunteer work in the project.

6 Rakkaew Work with the volunteer to achieve the project plan and objective.

7 AIESEC Evaluate the volunteer performance and learning from the project.

AIESEC Thailand can offer Thai University students selected from Rakkaew Foundation to participate in the AIESEC International community development program in 2015.

Condition for Rakkaew Foundation

1. Pay for program operation fee at 11,000฿ per volunteer (The fee is included VISA, Airport pickup and preparation seminar for volunteer)

2. To attend the volunteer program at minimum of 6 weeks

1. For every 10 students who undergo our program through Rakkaew, 1 student will have his program

fee waived

2. Offer unlimited interview times

3. Select specific project, ensuring Rakkaew student will go during school break as couple.

4. Match each Rakkaew student with one local office university and AIESEC member to take care.

5. Promote Rakkaew Student experience to our official media
