AHRC Suffolk will partner up with Autism Speaks Long Islandto host their first polar plunge on Saturday, March 3rd atthe Bay Shore Marina, S. Clinton Street, Bay Shore.

polar plunge registration will start at 8:30 am and theplunge will begin at 10:00 am sharp. Registration is$20.00 and all ages are welcome. Ages twelve and underare free and students can receive community service hours!Come out, plunge and help make a difference in the lives ofchildren and adults with developmental disabilities.
