The existing condition of hauketo center is centralized around the transportation (train and bus) stops. the parking lot lies on the ground and create sealed surface that reduce green space.
most of the activity only to get / change transpotation or buying things in supermarket, without ‘seeing’and enjoying the area.
the proposal plan is to diverse activity, regarding to the increased people as the tram line will be inserted between the train railway and bus terminal.
some parking lot will be merge with building, one of it will be moved to another area.
these area diagrams showing car circulation and outdoor parking area. the future plan is to merge, and move the parking lot, so they’re not centralized in center, and make the center area more for walkpaths.
the new tram line in the future will increase spaces needs for people around that area. it should be arranged in order to make activity flow more comfortable and not too crowded
the disconnected pathway and bike way will be joined, and create some new ones, in order to make people / pedestrians easier to access center area.
the empty and neglected spaces will be used for several function, in order to create value inside the area.
the green space will be created regarding to the water / river that exist. so, the environmental friendly within this area will be achieved.
