Obtain necessary approvals on the proposed scheme and follow up the technical coordination/interface and construction site hand over with the stakeholders. Monitoring the adaption of the new design against the new proposal/configuration and the new site condition layout. Prepare a report with pictures from the site during and after construction highlighting the site and citizens/ site users concerns, concluded with the Engineer's recommendations/ proposals to resolve any conflict in that regard (if any) , in order to be presented in the follow meetings for discussion with the committee members. Table all the advantages and disadvantage of the applied solution impact on site, and on road users for each conducted case.
