Brendan White is a highly experienced business professional with extensive experience in all areas of commerce particularly in Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management. As the owner of Agrippa Consulting, Brendan is focused on providing professional, timely and business relevant HR advice and support to his clients. Brendan has a passion for working with leaders at all levels of the business to bring about sustainable culture change. Brendan’s approach is to seek to understand, gather insights and diagnose the specific challenges at the relevant organisational level, consult with those impacted and working collaboratively to identify potential solutions. His focus is then on supporting effective change implementation to ensure key deliverables are achieved. Since establishing Agrippa HR Consulting in 2014, Brendan has worked with clients involved in agri- business, healthcare, aged-care as well as in manufacturing and sales. Recent client work has included the facilitation of leadership programs in Australia and New Zealand, a 360 degree /LSI feedback program within the aged care industry, developing and facilitating a manufacturing site team integration workshop, several recruitment projects for sales and marketing businesses as well as the co- ordination of client engagement surveys. Prior to establishing Agrippa HR Consulting, Brendan was HR Business Partner for Bayer CropScience then the HR Manager, Culture & Engagement for Bayer Australia Ltd. As Business Partner, Brendan led a significant culture change project that in 2010, was awarded the Bayer CropScience global award for “Operational Excellence”. In his 7 years as Horticulture Business Manager from late 1999, Brendan led the team successfully through two mergers – success that prompted his career move into Human Resources/Organisational Development.
