“State Program on Reliable Provision of Population of Azerbaijan Republic with

Foodstuffs through 2008-2015”.».

The main goal: to ensure the population’s reliable food supply

Objectives:-Increase domestic production of foodstuffs-provision of the population with safe and quality foodstuff- Risk management in provision of population with foodstuffs- Institutional development in supply of foodstuffs and improve facilities of entrepreneurs

- Pursue monetary and fiscal policy stimulating development of food sector

- Implementation of appropriate tax policy to increase interest of producers for production of foodstuffs
