User Guide Manual

All the Commission Agents/Wholesalers are having the valid license number from office of APMC

authorities. APMC has developed an official portal for the purpose of:-

1. To keep tracking of arrival and selling of commodity.

2. To make the system very easy and transparent.

3. To keep monitoring on all activities.

4. To generate different types of reports on requirements.

5. To receive payments from commission agents etc.

A unique User ID and Password was already been shared with licensee.They can go through this website

http://apmcazadpur.com

Follow the 3 steps mentionedin in below image

User need to login by entering user id and password for accessing the portal facilities (if you don’t have

user id, please visit APMC office). After login you will be on your dashboard as here.

On dashboard you have two payment types:-

1. Market fee 2. Miscellaneous Fee 2.1.1. Market Fee 2.1.2. License Fee Renewal 2.1.3. Market Fee Arrear 2.1.4. Market Fee Difference 2.1.5. Phar Charges 2.1.6. Interest 2.1.7. Bank Charges 2.1.8. Penalty 2.1.9. Water Bill

Click on Market Fee Payment option if you want to pay market fee. Choose desired period for which

you are ready to pay market fee and search your arrivals. Total arrivals with market fee fixed by APMC

authority, will display as below screen.

Note: You are allowed to pay market fee from 1 day to 1 month .The selection period should

be of the same month.

Suppose you want to pay for the month of April then from date and to date should be of April of the

same year.

There are two payment gateways introduce in this electronic payment system. You can choose any one

as per your charge convenience as mentioned under each payment gateway. Read carefully. You will get

all payment options like Net Banking, Debit Card, and Credit Card etc on Proceed to Payment. Both the

gateways provide all payment options.

“You will get all bank lists and card options once you click on Proceed to Payment link as provided below

Net banking, you can select a bank name from bank list for which you have Net Banking facility. If you

still don’t have net banking user id and password please contact to your account holding branch and ask

them for net banking facility.

You can pay using your Debit Cards or Credit Cards also as shared screen below.

Please read payment gateway charge details before paying using your cards. APMC will not be

responsible for more or less charging as charged by banks.

single or multiple heads in single transactions and keep the other heads blank. You need to enter

amount and remarks/order no. issued to you by APMC.

and details for the same. In case of online payment you can generate payment receipt also.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS

The following are the Terms and Conditions for online Payments. Please go through the same carefully.

1. Once payment has been made no cancellation request will be entertained.

2. Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any

transaction.

3. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.

Things to do before you start online transaction:

1. In case of Net Banking Payment you should have net banking login credentials and transaction

credentials and registered mobile number with you. If not please visit your account holding

branch for net banking facility.

2. In case of payment using cards you should have cards and registered mobile no with you.

3. Make sure you have updated mobile number and email id in APMC account so that you will

get payment confirmation on your mobile and email. If you didn’t please updated the same

before start payment.

4. Verify that all your cards and net banking details before click on “Pay Now” button for smooth

and uninterrupted transaction.
