unless show them the hands on benefit Wants to work with the existing tool they are working with A google Spread sheet Scrum / Kanban board is created Manual Reference linking is done to adopt Scrum / Kanban Identified team members for the roles (Scrum Master PO, Dev Team) Conducted all the ceremonies Visualized the artifacts on google Spread Sheet

Challenges with team Fails to identify the right velocity in the first few sprints Team gets panic on missing the sprint goal Sometime DSM gets converted to a technical discussion Client changes the priority in the middle of the sprint
