Jonathan Aceves serves a commercial sales and leasing agent with Sherman &Hemstreet Real Estate Company. Originally licensed in 2005, Jonathanspecializes in downtown development, multifamily acquisitions, and businessanalysis.

Jonathan served as the Administrator of Christ Community Health Services for six years, overseeing finance and operations for a community health centeremploying 60 staff and serving over 20,000 patients annually. He is also aGeneral Partner in Equity Venture Partners, focusing on downtown real estatedevelopment, and RAM Construction Group LLC, a construction firm. He earnedhis BBA and MBA from Georgia Regent's University.

Jonathan lives downtown in the Olde Town neighborhood with his wife and twochildren. He has lived in Augusta for over 20 years, serves as a deacon at FirstPresbyterian Church, and is an active part of the Olde TownNeighborhood Association.

Joe began his career in real estate in 2005 after serving four years in the UnitedStates Marine Corps. Mr. Edge started his own commercial real estate firm in2006 and subsequently bought out Sherman & Hemstreet later that year.Currently Sherman & Hemstreet now has more commercial real estate listingsthan any other firm in the area. IN addition S&H has grown to into one of thelargest property management firms in the area managing over 3,000 units andover 3,000,000 sqft of space. Joe works with all property types with a focus oncommercial sales. In addition he has extensive in commercial leasing andproperty management.
