decision is now submit ted for the Commission’s review.

Moscowitz, who rendered h is in it ia l decision on March 4, 2011. At it s
meet ing on May 18, 2011, the Civil Service Commission did not adopt the
ALJ ’s recommenda t ion to modify the remova l to a six-month suspension .
Ra ther , the Commission upheld the remova l. The proposed fina l decision is
now submit ted for the Commission’s review.

Civil Service Commission adopted the ALJ ’s recommenda t ion to uphold the
layoffs and dismiss the appellan ts’ appea ls. However , the Commission did
not adopt tha t por t ion of the ALJ ’s in it ia l decision in which she found bad
fa ith with regard to the reemployment of t he appellan ts. The proposed fina l
decision is now submit ted for the Commission’s review.
