1. Status of implementation of revised SPS & Islanding schemes A special meeting was

held for review of SPS & Islanding schemes in NER and some modifications/changes

were decided. The resolutions were also highlighted in !"nd#$$ minutes. All concerned

are re%uested to please intimate the status of implementation of the decisions.

!. Status of implementation of re"setting of #un $ac% freuenc' of Palatana unit This

issue was also delierated in !"nd#$$ meeting. It was decided that the setting of re'

setting fre%uenc( is to e set at )!.) *+. #TP$ ma( please intimate the status of

implementation.

3. (atest status of )*MO+#*MO implementation in different generating stations To

update the availale record of ,-#/R-# implementation in NER it is re%uested that

the latest unitwise status of implementation of ,-#/R-# in different $entral &

State sector generating stations ma( please e furnished to NER0$ at the earliest.

,. -nhancement of C ratio of ransmission (ines of /-#

$T ratios of transmission lines of NER are to e enhanced for enhancement of transfer

capailit( & reliale grid operation. ist of these transmission lines are availale in

minutes of !"nd#$$ of NERP$.

$oncerned transmission utilities are re%uested to enhance $T ratio of these elements at

the earliest.

NEEP$# has sumitted $T configuration details1 it is re%uested to furnish the adopted

$T ratio details.

. )urnishing *eographic Co"ordinates of /odes of /-# *rid

Power aps of NER states are eing developed ( $2IP. To represent nodes of NER

-rid in power maps3 $o'ordinates of eisting /odes2 /odes under construction &

identified future /odes455 67 & aove8 of NER -rid are re%uired. Power 9tilities of

NER are re%uested to furnish latitude & longitudes of Nodes of NER -rid.

As per IE-$3 each S0$ shall sumit -2R for its control area3 for pea6 as well as off'

pea6 scenario3 :' 31st Octo:er for the net financial 'ear3 to respective RP$

Secretariat. The annual plans for managing deficits/surpluses in respective control areasshall clearl( e indicated in the -2R sumitted ( S0$s.

As per IE-$3 all SE2s/ST9s3 Transmission icensees3 $T93 IS-S3 IPPs3 PPs and

other generating stations shall provide to the respective RP$ Secretariat their proposed

outage plan in writing for the net financial 'ear( 31st Octo:er of each 'ear. These

shall contain identification of each generating unit/transmission line/I$T etc.3 the

preferred date for each outage and its duration and where there is fle=iilit(3 the earliest

start date and latest finishing date.

?. Progress #eport of Ongoing Pro@ects

Progress reports of ongoing generation and transmission pro>ects of NER need to e

communicated to NER0$ ( all constituents on monthl( asis as per format atAnneure I. The progress of different elements are necessar( for incorporation in

#perational ,eedac6 and other reports as also for preparation of 2ase $ase for s(stem

stud( in NER. Accordingl(3 constituents are re%uested to furnish the progress report of

their elements ( !thof ever( month for the previous month.

$urrentl(3 onl( NTP$3 NEEP$# and eP-$ are furnishing monthl( progress report of

elements on regular asis.

10. )urnishing -nerg' Charge #ate 5-C#8 of /-# IS*S

,or providing information to #P3 $EA etc Energ( $harge Rates 4E$R8 of Palatana3
