He was actively engaged in the oversight and successful initial public offering of Chipotle Mexican Grill and also played a leading role in the oversight of Boston Market’s path to exit. He served as Chairman of RedBox Automated Retail until it was acquired by Coinstar in 2009 and he served as an active board member on the board of Pret A Manger and Donatos Pizzeria. Mr. Catalano holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Rider University and a B.A. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
