2. Approval of List of materials

a) Approval of list of materials for “Construction of Fire Station Building including

pumping & electrical works and associated works for authorized operations within

MSEZ

The developer, MSEZL, vide letter 11.3.2015 submitted a list of materials for

Rs.6178458.00 for a duty forgone of Rs.763657.00 for approval by the AC for their

authorized operations within the MSEZ, accompanied by a Chartered Engineer’s

Certificate. As regards consumption certificate for materials already consumed under

various approvals granted early, they requested for more time.

The proposal is placed before the AC for consideration.

b) Approval of list of materials for “construction of sewage pumping station, collection

sumps and other allied works for authorized operations within MSEZ” –

The developer, MSEZL, vide letter 01.04.2015 submitted a list of materials for

Rs.10798230.00for a duty forgone of Rs.1234661.00 for approval by the AC for their

authorized operations within the MSEZ, accompanied by a Chartered Engineer’s

Certificate. As regards consumption certificate for materials already consumed under

various approvals granted early, they requested for more time.

The proposal is placed before the AC for consideration.

c) Ratification approval granted by DC vide letter dated 24.3.2015 for procurement of

materials for a duty forgone amount of Rs.26,19,751.00 on a value of

Rs.155,00,000.00 as per requestletter dated 9.3.2015 by ISPRL, Mangalore.

The co-developer in MSEZ, ISPRL, vide letter dated 9.3.2015 has submitted a list

materials and expressed urgency for approval by the DC. Accordingly the request has

been considered by DC and issued approval letter dated 24.3.2015 subject to ratification

by the AC.

The proposal is placed before the AC for ratification.
