Academic Probation
Cumulative grade point average (G.P.A.) less than 2.00
After attempting 12 or more units
Dismissal/GPA less than 1.75 in 3 consecutive semesters
Affects your Financial Aid
Progress Probation
• 50% or more of all classes not completed after attempting 12 or more units• Includes W, I, and/or NP• Dismissal-Exceeds 50%

• Last date to drop a 16 week semester class with a “W” grade is November 13, 2011.
Steps to re-enroll for Fall 2011
• Complete the Academic Probation Release form and return it to counselor after the workshop.
