The terms “Smart Growth”, “Going Green”, “Smart Streets”, Vision Meetings”, Sustainable Communities”, “walkable”, bikeable” and “Green-Space” come directly from Agenda 21.

Your city governments ‘General Plans” for local development, and the language used within the documents for development are designed in accordance to UN Agenda 21 principles.

UN Agenda 21 calls for the formation of NGO’s (Non-Government Organizations) to work on specific topics, hoping that your city government will never ANY CONNECT between ICLIE, and the United Nations.

During city PUBLIC ‘vision meetings’ held by ICLEI, city planners (through the American Planning Association) are trained with Agenda 21 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT guidelines, DIRECTING citizens to a pre-determined outcome, often creating more questions than answers.

Citizens are given the impression that the choices they voted on were all their idea.

The voting sequence and dialog from planners are direction-based using “The Delphi Technique”.


ICLEI, created in 1990, is an international association of local governments as well as national and regional government organizations who have commitments to the United Nations program of Sustainable Development – Agenda 21.

The basic chain of command works from the top down..

Unelected bureaucrats make up the restrictions, get communities to buy into these feel good rules.

The programs are extremely expensive causing massive tax increases, loss of private property and eventually the communities go bankrupt.

There are over 2000 NGO’s in America with the destruction of America as their goal.

The MAIN NGO’s in play are The U.S. Chamber Of Commerce, and The National Planning Association.


The Delphi Technique is MIND CONTROL created by the RAND CORPORATION- post World War 2.

This technique is designed to neutralize and convert any opposition during your city development meetings.

Collectivism vs Individualism. This has nothing to do with conservation or environmental protection, even though it’s sold that way.

The global agenda is defined as the right and opportunity of global citizens “to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment.” Aka, The Community.

This is the 2nd key value of the Green Party. This means that the 'bearable' rights of the individual must be balanced against the collective social environment (the collective).

Another term for that is called a "consensus" where the end justifies the means. It would also be accurate to say that the

Social injustice is another way of saying "unsustainable". Private property becomes a social injustice because someone can build more wealth from their land than someone else.

Again, the goal of Agenda 21 is a plan for every human being on the planet to become property of the United Nations.

No personal property allowed because you could become financially wealthy, and that would just be social injustice. Where free enterprise becomes community ownership, and Public Private Partnerships (3P's or PPP's) become the new business model for the 21st century.
