Enterprise Applications Security

• Initial meeting with VITA and NG on 16 Sept. identified need for a strategy– Follow-on meeting scheduled for the week of

29 Sept. between VEAP, Agencies, VITA & NG

• VEAP is seeking a solution (inside and outside COV domain) which addresses: – Identity and access management – Single-Sign-On (SSO) – Application security

Human Resources Demonstration

• Paperless Human Resources application• Developed by the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage

Control (ABC)• Modules include:

– Applicant Tracking - Hiring Forms– Personal Info - Time Keeping– Training - Employee performance

• Saved ABC 16-20 hours of labor per pay period per pay clerk• Demo for HR and Payroll specialist on 3 Oct from 10 am to 3

eForms Shared Service

• VEAP is working with Virginia Interactive to establish a shared service that will provide agencies a way to easily and rapidly convert their existing paper based forms into Fillable eForms that can be linked to databases

• Inward facing or outward facing • The service will be provisioned by using Adobe
