EntryLevels
• Membership enrollment fee: $35 • To become eligible to participate in the Agel pay plan you
must place an activation order at one of the following levels.
Executive ($1,000) • 16 boxes of product•3 business centers. You will have the opportunity to participate in the Executive Bonus. 500 CV will be dispersed in the commission line.
Personal ($250) • 4 boxes of product•1 business center125 CV will be dispersed in the commission line.

Fast Start / First Order Bonus
This is a one time bonus the enroller
receives when their personal enrollee
places their initial product order and the
$35 membership enrollment fee.

Executive BonusEach month 3% of total CV is paid out to those who areparticipating at the Executive Level. This is a weighted bonusdepending on the growth in your TVC month to month.
Each 1,000 CV of growth in the lesser leg volume = 1 share.
If the company did 2 million CV this month the pool (3%) wouldbe worth $60,000.
If there are 1000 total shares this month each share wouldbe worth $60.
If your lesser leg had 2,000 CV last month and your lesser leg has 8,200 CV this month you earn 6 shares (6,200 CV growth), which would be $360. (6 shares x $60)
This bonus is only available to those who have less than 40,000 CV in their lesser leg. A monthly purchase of 100 CV is required to participate in the Executive Bonus.

AnnualLeadership
Retreat
Each Year Diamond Directors and
above will be invited to the annual
leadership convention, which will
be held in an exotic location.
They will be required to qualify for
Diamond Director or above during the
calendar year to qualify. Based on trip
and location each year different
leadership levels will receive different
allowances for the trip.

Team Volume Commissions

A maximum of $25,000 (250,000 CV) can be earned per business center per month. There is no limit to the levels that you earn commissions on.
Earn 10% per month in TVC on the Commissionable Volume (CV) generated in your lesser leg.

Leveraged Matching BonusEarn a % of the Team Volume Commissions of the
team members in your enroller tree down 7 generations.

Placement Tree
Your personal enrollees from the placement tree are all on the first generation of the enroller tree. When your personal enrollees sponsor a new team member they become your 2nd generation in the enroller tree. When some-body from your 2nd generation sponsors a team member they become your 3rd generation in the enroller tree and so forth.

A preferred customer can order product without signing up as a team member or
paying the membership enrollment fee. They will not qualify for commissions. They
are allowed to purchase the product for $65. If the preferred customer is on autoship
then the sponsor will receive $5 per box. The sponsor will place the customer to the
side of business center 2 or 3 that they designate. Once the side is chosen they can
not be moved. The volume will roll upline from there. If a preferred customer wants to
become a team member they can pay the membership enrollment fee and place an
initial order and they will be placed in the tree.

Autoship
Autoship allows you to
know that your product will
be shipped to you every
month and charged to the
credit card that you have
specified.
You can customize your
autoship for the amount,
the date and the specific
products that you want.
You can select your
autoship for the 1st,
5th, 10th, 15th, 20th or
25th of the month.

Upgrading
To upgrade levels within the same month that you sign up you only
have to pay the difference. (i.e. if you come in at the Personal Pack ($250) on May 5th and decide to upgrade to the Executive Level
($1000) on May 21st it will cost $750, which is the difference from the
Personal Pack to the Executive Level)
To upgrade levels after the last day of the month that you signed up
you must purchase the full level. (i.e. if you come in at the Personal Pack in May and want to upgrade to the Executive Level in June it will cost $1000)*
*The same fast start earnings and volume roll upfrom an initial order will be used when this happens.
At the end of each month, the difference between the greater leg and the lesser leg is “carried over” or kept in the greater leg up to 250,000 Commissionable Volume (CV). At the start of the new month, the greater leg volume is equal to the difference between the two legs from the previous month. In order to qualify for 50,000 carry-over volume you must place at least a two-box product order during the current bonus period. In order to qualify for 100,000 carry-over volume you must place at least a three-box product order during the current bonus period. In order to qualify for 250,000 carry-over volume you must place at least a four-box product order during the current bonus period

Three Business Centers
You receive three business centers if you enroll or upgrade to the Executive Level. You only need to make one qualifying order per month to qualify all three business centers. You will be able to place team members on the left or right of business center 2 or 3.
To start the left leg of business center 1 you would place the new team member left of business center 2. To start the right leg you would place the new team member right of business center 3.

Team Member Qualifications
Monthly qualifying product order• A 50 CV product order makes you eligible to participate
in the Fast Start Earnings and the Team Volume Commission.(Income cap of $5,000 per month)
• A 100 CV product order makes you eligible to participatein the entire pay plan.
In the Agel pay plan you are paid according to the rank that you qualify for during the given pay period.
To qualify for Commissions you must place a qualifying product order during the pay period and have one personally enrolled qualified team member who purchases product during the pay period.
50% Max Payout
The company has established a maximum payout of 50% on total company commissionable volume to Team Member commissions and bonuses.
• The company has established a maximum payout of 3% of total company commissionable volume to the Luxury Car Bonus, Travel Expense Allowance and the Annual Leadership Retreat.
• If Agel is over the 50% maximum payout then it will reduce commissions to the Team Members until it is at 50% using the following methods. Only the necessary adjustments will be made.
- All Team Member commissions, minus Fast Start Earnings/First Order Bonus will be reduced the necessary %.

Flushing: When both legs start the

month. The bonus period ends the
last day of the month at midnight
MST.
Activation Order (Initial Order): Product order required to begin participation in the Agel pay plan.If your activation order is not received by the end of the month following your $35 membership enrollment fee your position will be deleted.
Qualifying product order: Product
order required each month to qualify
for commissions.
Qualified: When a team member is
eligible to receive commissions by
placing a product order of one or
two boxes.
