Existing social media requires significant effort to pull insights out of conversations

For example, the Facebook page for the Nexus 7 tablet (excerpt shown at right) contains hundreds of comments, but there is not a straightforward way to understand what the market thinks about the Nexus 7 in a comprehensive manner.

Is the prevailing sentiment positive or negative? Is it changing over time? There is no way to know this without laborious effort.

Real-Time MediaReal time media, such as the debates or sports, benefit from creating a second screen a virtual viewing community, as well as the data to measure their involvement.
