K.L Tower

K.L Tower is a 421m high telecommunications and broadcasting tower. It‘s taller than the Petronas Twin Towers, because it is built on a hill. We can have a bird’s eye view as soon as we reach to the top of the K.L Tower. The K.L Tower ranks fourth amongst the tallest telecommunications towers in the world. It's was constructed over a period of four years and completed in May 1996. It’s designed to withstand wind pressures of up to 90mph. The K.L Tower is 421 meters high and 94 meters above sea level. Tourist also can go to the hill near the K.L tower to see various kind of flora and fauna that still exist.

PETRONAS Twin Tower

The Petronas Twin Towers use to be the tallest buildings in the world. This tower were constructed with 88 floors. It’s was designed by Argentine-American architect Cesar Pelli, and the Petronas Twin Towers were completed in 1998. The 120-meter foundations were built by Bachy Soletanche. The 88-floor towers are constructed with a steel and glass facade designed. However, it’s was constructed with a cheaper design because the less of steel and expensive cost on importing steel.

Sky bridge

Sky bridge is located between the two towers on 41st and 42nd floors. It is the highest 2-story bridge in the world. The bridge is 170 meter above the ground and 58 meter long. The sky bridge is open to all visitors, but it’s just limited to 1700 people per day.

Merdeka Square

The Merdeka Square is situated in the centre of the city. It is the place where the Malayan Flag was hoisted on August 31,1957 signifying the independence of the country from the British rule. In the center of it, there’s a field called Padang. The most historical and attractive building at the Merdeka Square is, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building which are situated near the Padang field. It’s was constructed in 1897 and designed by a British architect, A.C. Norman. The appearance of the building show the background cultural of Malaysia. One of the attraction there was the 41m clock tower which was situated on the Sultan Abdul Samad building in the Merdeka Square.

National Mosque

The National Mosque is Malaysia's principal mosque and one of the most attractive buildings in the city. The National Mosque, which took three years to construct, was opened on Aug 27, 1965 and it’s 73 meter high. It’s also was one of the most beautiful mosque in the world. It was uniquely design, and the most striking feature of it is the multi-fold umbrella-like roof. Anyone that enter the mosque must obey the rules such as dressed well and remove their shoes.

Zoo Negara

Zoo Negara Malaysia is managed by the Malaysian Zoological Society. This National Zoo was officially opened by the country's first prime minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman on 14 November, 1963. At the time, entrance rate was 50 cents for adults and 20 cents for children. Zoo Negara is now 46 years old and has matured into a well-known zoo all around the world. There Over 5137 animals from 459 species of mammals, birds, reptiles and fish in the national zoo. The national zoo covers 110 acres of land and was located 5 km from the city of Kuala Lumpur. Among the attractions at the zoo include Aquarium Negara opened in 1972 and in 1984 renamed Aquarium Tunku Abdul Rahman, Bird house, Reptile House, Ape Centre, Savannah Walk, and Mammal Kingdom.

China Town(Petaling Street)

Petaling Street is the center of Chinatown. People called this place as the place that never sleeps. Adventurous visitors should not miss a walk on this Street. It is a great place for locals to get some goods in cheap price. If you're looking for cheap clothes, fabrics, souvenirs, electronic items, watches, DVDs, CDs and more, then Petaling Street is the place for you. Petaling Street all sorts of goods like wallets, handbags, t-shirts, watches, shoes and many other things. Bargaining here is an absolute must. Bargain hard! Chinatown is also known for its jewellery shops with their fascinating variety of fine jewellery items. You also can have a look out for Chinese pharmacies, that sell ginseng and all sort of traditional medicines. Although the price of goods here is cheap, the quality of it is still fine.

The National Monument or Tugu Negara was built to recognise and honour to our nation fighter that had sacrifice their life for our independence from the colonist. The National Monument is located within the tranquil Lake Gardens, near by to the Parliament House in Kuala Lumpur. It is occupying an area of 48,562 sq m and stands at 15.54m high. The national monument is made up of seven bronze human figures. It’s shows courage, leadership, sacrifice, strength, suffering, unity and vigilance. It was designed American designer, Felix de Weldon and was built at a cost of RM600,000. It’s took over five years to construct and finish at the year of 1966.

National Museum

The National Museum is located outside Perdana Lake Garden. It’s built in the style of Minangkabau. Construction began in 1959 and was complete on 1963. National Museum was officially opened on 31 August 1963. It provides an interesting introduction to the history and culture of Malaysia. National Museum is a three storied structure of 109.7 meters long and 15.1 meters wide. The display showing traditional cultural events like weddings, festivals and beautiful costumes, rich variety of weapons, musical instruments, arts and crafts, precious ceramics, and flora & fauna.

Batu Caves

Batu Caves is a limestone hill, located in Gombak district. The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is the location for Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia which attracts over 1.5 million peoples every year, making it one of the largest annual gatherings anywhere in the world. The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be around 400 million years old. Batu Caves was promoted as a place for pray by K.Thamboosamy Pillai, an Indian trader. Since 1892, the Thaipusam festival in the Tamil month of Thai(which falls in late January/early February) has been celebrated here. Wooden steps up to the Temple Cave were built in 1920 and now it had been replaced by 272 concrete steps.

Istana Budaya

The Istana Budaya or The Palace of Culture, founded in September 1999. It is Malaysia's main venue for all types of theatre including musical theater, operetta, classical concert and opera from local and international performances. It is located next to the National Art Gallery in Jalan Tun Razak. Istana Budaya is aimed to raise the standard of the performing arts. Until today, although not often, the Istana Budaya has staged notable productions of such operas as The Merry Widow, Tosca, La Boheme, Turandot, Carmen and many more. Among the most successful local productions staged here was Puteri Gunung Ledang-The Musical, which opened to full house on almost all nights.
