After you have a completed timeline project (following first tutorial), watch this

video tutorial for effects, music, titles etc.

Here is what it will look like.

To adjust Sound levels:

Adding Effects: To add a transition effect click on the quick

transition icon. Here you can add dissolves and fade to black.

Put your play bar where you want the transition to go. Click on

ADD and RENDER.

Here are more transitions.

You can choose from a huge list of effects. Please choose the effect

you want and drag it onto your timeline.

Remember you have to RENDER the effect after dragging it into your

timeline.

There are many other effects to choose from. All effects are found

here.

Speed Up effects:

If you speed up a shot, you need to shorten the clip. Use the yellow trim, and shorten the clip

to where you want it to end. If you slow down a shot you need to make the clip longer. Use

the trim to make the clip longer and end where you want.

Changing the color on the picture:

You can change the color. We used it mostly for Black and White. When do you want to use black and white?

Dream sequence? Flashback?

Drag the effect on the clip. Go to

Effect mode. Make changes and

render.
