A specific highlight at Zukunft Personal was the Future Talk with well-known representatives from politics and business. It started with a keynote by Thorben Albrecht, Permanent State Secretary, Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, followed by Dr. Bettina Volkens, Chief Officer Corporate Human Resources and Legal Affairs, Deutsche Lufthansa AG.

The main part of the Future Talk was a panel debate about a Learning Labour Society with Margret Suckale, former mem-ber of the Board of Executive Directors BASF, and Markus Köhler, Senior HR Director and member of the Management Board, Microsoft Germany.

The Future Talk was moderated by Thomas Ramge, technology correspondent at the business magazine brand eins.

As a grand final, experienced poetry slammer Sebastian 23 had his heart on his sleeve and explored the demands and challenges of Work 4.0 and work:olution.
