IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All programs will run from Week 2-9

Registration is required for enrolment in all After School Club programs.

Clubs must reach a minimum number to be on offer. All programs have an enrolment limit to ensure we can provide a program that is safe and of the highest quality.

Please note, that club charges are on a Per Term basis and any missed clubs due to illness or holidays will not be refunded. If the club itself is withdrawn you will only be charged for the sessions attended.

If you notify withdrawal of your child after the club has commenced, you will still be charged for the fee of the club. If the activities you have chosen are full, you will be notified and your child placed on a waiting list. Please note that club enrolments do not roll over from the previous term.

All students participating in After School Clubs must present to the Auditorium after school to have their name marked off and to wait for their instructor to collect them. Students will return to the Auditorium at the end of their club to be collected. All students within the Preschool and Pre-Transition programs must have a parent attend during clubs.

Please be advised that we have a strict pick up time at the conclusion of the club. If you are late to pick your child up from their club, they will be taken to After School Care and you will be charged for the session.
