How We Are Going To Carry Out The Problem? How We Will Use “Motivation” In This Project?I. The Experienced Teachers: Should be Motivated by An idea & The Idea is For

example; If his salary is 500 EGP we can rise it 650 EGP but in the opposite he train for example: 30 – 50 Graduated Teachers. (& so on, if only it will depends on the Salary Idea Only)

II. The Graduated Teachers: We Call them Buds, as they are still fresh for facing the real-practical life generally. They may have skills like courses, fresh memories & fast mental response But obviously they lack “Experience” which we will afford it in our project from the above ranked teachers “Experienced Teachers” for example; we can afford for each 1 teacher a budget of certain salary in the opposite he/she should train under the guidance of the above experience teacher & when it comes to high trainees.. We should afford/toss them for the Students.

III. The Students: we select the preparatory students in the experimental types of schools as they are the middle in the hell of education war.
