Expectation (SLPE) Goals

– Ensured PEOs/Chiefs of Contracts understood FY13-FY16 goals

– Worked w/ all PEOs to successfully reduce/set realistic FY16 goals

– FY16 was first year that all 9 AFLCMC PEOs met their goals

• Ensure our customers / their missions are primary focus

– Disciplined/robust approach to Market Research ensured

– Invite customer to any/all discussions with SAF

– Work through any issues involving SBA

• Dedicated SB Professionals by PEO

– Converted two FT slots into 4 PT slots to ensure single POC per
