Care and maintenanceRegular maintenance is necessary to ensure long term durability for customer satisfaction. All products should be closely inspected each month and any loose screws or bolts should be tightened. If any item shows any signs of structural failure please remove from service immediately and contact your Frövi distributor.
Chrome frames: Clean chrome with a good quality chrome cleaner to maintain a bright nish. Occasional chrome leakage can occur on products that have just been delivered and this can also be removed with cleaner.
Epoxy powder-coated frames: Clean using a damp cloth with a mild solution of soap and water.
Plastic feet: Inspect regularly and replace any worn plastic feet inserts.
Wood seating and tables: No guarantee can be made of exact matching of any wood items, and any variation in colour, texture or grain are not considered defects as this is a natural product. Matching of colours between different batches is also not guaranteed, as wood nishes will age with time and exposure to sun light. Beech furniture is exclusively designed for indoor use and should not be exposed to increased humidity. Wood products can be cleaned with a water soluble solution to remove any build-up of grease and grime (remove any excess water immediately). Wood products should not be subject to extreme temperatures, particularly, moisture and direct sun light.
Fabric: Please refer to a speci c manufacturing guideline on the cleaning of a particular fabric. Cleaning with the wrong solution could damage the fabric.
Leather: Can be cleaned with a mild saddle soap.
Table tops: Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Speci cationsAll dimensions are approximate (mm) and although every care is taken to ensure to make, without notice, any changes to materials, speci cations or design of products which we consider to be reasonable or desirable and such changes shall not affect the validity of the contract. Please note that colours displayed in this brochure can differ slightly due to the printing process.
Flame retardancyFoam: Frövi foams are re retardant in accordance with the Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations.
Fabric: See manufacturer’s speci cation for details. Please contact our sales department should you require a higher speci cation.

Any special requests for samples in a speci c fabric other than existing stock will be regarded as an order and invoiced accordingly.

Delivery chargesOrder values over £1000 (England and Wales) will be delivered free of charge to Frövi distributors. Orders under £1000 will be subject to a delivery charge.
Direct deliveriesDelivery on behalf of a Frövi-distributor direct to site can be accommodated. A surcharge may be applicable in certain circumstances to end-user premises.
InstallationInstallation can be arranged, and includes:
1) Unloading your delivery from the vehicle and taking itto the designated area within the building
2) Unwrapping your delivery and disposing of allpacking materials.
3) Positioning your Frövi products according to yourspeci c planned requirements, (if applicable).

Additionally many haveattained internationally recognised certi cation.These tests are carried out by internationally recognised test laboratories such as FIRA and CATAS.Copies of such certi cation (UNI, DIN, BS, NF, ASTM,ANSI, etc.), European standards (EN) and internationalstandards (ISO) are available on request.

Produced using advanced machinery and technology, every piece is also put through rigorous testing, usually to international EN strength and stability standards.
Notes: Notes: Any defects in special materials speci ed by the customer, e.g. fabrics, llings, laminates and veneers, will be subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty conditions. Any freight damage or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect, and standard wear and tear, is not covered by this warranty. This applies to seating used in a normal eight hour working day.

These standards and regulations effectively reduce deforestation and Rain Forest destruction, encouraging the retention of natural habitats and protect social and economical lifestyles in unstable regions of the world.
