- Minimum age is 50. Individuals under 50 with disabilities qualify at some Senior sites.- Rent is 30% of your income.- Utilities are included for high-rise buildings.- Public assistance is accepted for income.- Section 8 certificates and vouchers are NOT accepted.
*Disabled individuals over 18 years old qualify at these locations.
- 18 years old minimum with children.- Disabled individuals under 50 and without families may- Rent is 30% of your income, PA recipients pay flat rent fee.- Some units have a utility allowance, while other units require the tenant to pay utilities.- Section 8 certificates and vouchers are NOT accepted.
