How-To: Uploading Roster Pictures

These how-to documents are intended to be a basic

step-by-step description of how to do basic tasks in

Affinity.

1. Log into Affinity

a. Click on your icon

b. Click on Teams in the yellow circle…and then on Team Info in the green circle

c. Double-Click on the player

d. Navigate to the player who needs a picture…either by clicking ‘next player’ or selecting the player from the previous screen.

e. Click on ‘click to upload photo’

f. Click on Browse to navigate to the picture stored on your computer

g. Select the file you wish to upload

h. Reformat the picture using the features of the application to improve picture if needed:

i. Crop

ii. Resize

iii. Rotate

BIG IMPORTANT POINT: Once you click Upload Image you are done…you

cannot change the photo. Make sure this is the picture you want BEFORE

clicking ‘Upload Image’ Note: If you do need the picture deleted, then contact your club registrar

i. Click ‘Upload Image’ to save the picture
