How to Sign up?

If you wanted to become Member of TradeKey.com, please click on

“Join Now” link at extreme top of TradeKey.com homepage

Follow 3 steps that will take only 1 minute to create an account at

TradeKey.com

After clicking on “Join Now”, there is a first step names “Select

Business location and role” please fill out the form correctly and

press continue

In second step, you have to provide Basic information for

creating TradeKey account.

Now you are registered successfully, the Third step requires your further

information about your company and your contact details. Then a

confirmation mail will sent to your email to verify your provided email

address. All you have to do is go to your email inbox, there will be a

verification code sent to your email. Click on the link provided and your

email will be verified.

You can set updates of new products, buy/sell

offers or even your contact information and other members can view

the updates


What is Company Profile?

Profile is your mini-site that is automatically created when you register,

using a standard Tradekey.com template. Your profile contains both your

company and product information.

To appear in global market place, you need to create your profile first so

that buyers can find you, able to inquire about your products and can build a

buyer-seller relationship with you.



What is a Product?

Products of your company are what your company specializes in. For

example, you may specialize in manufacturing or selling auto-parts, or

fashion items. Your Products Catalog will contain all the products

available to purchase from your company.

To add products to your portfolio, go to My Products in Member area

menu and click “Add New Products”. Free users can post up to 5 products

while SilverKey and GoldKey members can post 10 products. Products

once posted on profile cannot be change or modify.



What is Sell Offer?

Sell Offers are a tool seller can use to promote their products on the

web. Sell Offers will be used to push any special promotions, or to

highlight special features of sellers products on the Internet. Free

members have a limited number of Sell Offers.

Seller can use a Sell Offer to alert buyers to special offers that they are

running. We do check these offers to make sure that they are

legitimate.



What is Buy Offer?

A Buy Offer is an invitation for suppliers to submit a quotation to seller. It is the fastest way to let many suppliers know what buyers are looking for.

Buyer needs to be registered and logged in to post a Buy Offer; even free members can use this service.

To post a Buy Offer, buyer needs to log in to respective account and click on My Buy Offers in the navigation tree on the left. There will be two options available: Manage Buy Offer or Add New Buy Offer. Choose Add New Buy Offer and fill out the simple form.

Buy Offer may take some time to reflect online as it needs to be checked by the editorial team first.



What are Inquiries?

Inquiries are general request from any specific buyer or Seller that is interested in

your products/buy offers/sell offers and wanted to know further information or

wanted to contact you for product details or even request for personal contact

for prompt communication.

Quotations are the amount stated as the current price for the service or goods requested.

Since TradeKey involves in Business to Business services, quotation is always provided

on bulk products

Spam messages are the abuse of electronic messaging systems to randomly send unwanted

bulk messages. It is saved in your Spam messages folder so that you can also view and

check manually whether the messages is spam or not.

In Trade Alert Report, You can set updates of new products, buy/sell offers or even

your contact information and other members can view the updates.

Trade Alert menu helps you to manage and add new Trade Alerts such as new buy/sell

offer, change in Company description, products or email.

What Premium Services ?

Online Fax Facility enables premium members to send fax from

TradeKey.com. Members have to pay a nominal fee and

receive credits for sending Fax to other users.

Premium Services Menu enables you to set auto buyer finder, plus you can set

auto reply if some one inquires you and you are not online at TradeKey.
