AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, ALEX E. VIAJEDOR, of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the Complainant pertaining to the incident that occurred last 22 March 2009 on or about 1:15 oclock in the afternoon along the junction of Camanchile Street and Nuez Street., Zamboanga City against PAUL RYAN G. LEE in a vehicular accident which caused physical injuries on my person and damage to the motorcycle I was driving with plate number_________________.

2. After careful deliberation and consideration of the explanation, I have decided to forgive PAUL RYAN G. LEE and that we have come up with a compromise agreement.

3. I hereby manifest that I am no longer interested in pursuing any case against PAUL RYAN G. LEE, from the time of the execution of this Affidavit of Desistance or anytime thereafter in the future pertaining to the same case;

4. I further manifest that I will no longer pursue any legal action against. PAUL RYAN G. LEE

5. I hereby refrain, waive, release and desist from pursuing any case against PAUL RYAN G. LEE;

6. I execute this Affidavit willingly, voluntarily, without any force, violence, intimidation or influences exerted on me, being fully aware of the effects and repercussions and hereby abide by the same.
