AFFIDAVIT I, Shri Jai Krishan Ahuja, son of Late Shri R L Ahuja, resident of Sector 9, 1169, Faridabad, Haryana do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:- 1. That Late Shri O. P. Ahuja was the brother of the deponent. Mrs Sudarshan Budhiraja, wife of Shri S R Budhiraja, resident of A 65, DDA Flats (MIG), Saket, New Delhi –110017 is the sister of Late Shri O. P. Ahuja. 2. AFFIDAVIT

I, Shri Jai Krishan Ahuja, son of Late Shri R L Ahuja, resident of Sector 9, 1169, Faridabad, Haryana do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1. That Late Shri O. P. Ahuja was the brother of the deponent. Mrs Sudarshan Budhiraja, wife of Shri S R Budhiraja, resident of A 65, DDA Flats (MIG), Saket, New Delhi 110017 is the sister of Late Shri O. P. Ahuja.

2. That property bearing no. E 216, Jal Vayu Towers, Sector 56, Gurgaon had been purchased by Late Shri O. P. Ahuja from Mrs. Sharada Singh, W/o Late Group Captain Rama Shankar Singh, A1-103, Windsor Avenue, (near Salunkhe Vihar) Wanowarie, Pune 411022. Mr. O. P. Ahuja had paid and Mrs. Sharada Singh had received the entire sale consideration for the said flat, which fact has been duly admitted and acknowledged by Mrs. Sharada Singh. Unfortunately, before the sale deed in respect of the apartment in question could be executed and registered in his favour, late Shri O. P. Ahuja expired, a fact which Mrs. Sharada Singh is blatantly seeking to exploit to her advantage.

3. That Mrs. Sharada Singh had dispatched notices dated 27.9.2012 and 18.10.2012 which had been suitably replied to by the deponent and Mrs Sudarshan Budhiraja vide reply dated 23.10.2012. By virtue of said reply Mrs. Sharada Singh had been called upon to be present in the office of the Sub Registrar, Gurgaon on 26.10.2012 for execution and registration of the sale deed in respect of flat bearing no E 216, Jal Vayu Towers, Sector 56, Gurgaon in favour of deponent and Mrs Sudarshan Budhiraja.

4. That deponent and Mrs Sudarshan Budhiraja have always been ready and willing and are still ready and willing to get sale deed in respect of aforesaid apartment registered. The deponent and Mrs Sudarshan Budhiraja had always got with them and still have adequate funds to incur requisite stamp and registration expenses.

5. That the presence of the deponent may kindly be noted.
