That on their death, my parents left me with a house and lot located at #25 Ermin Garcia St., Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Quezon City, covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 333832 (7-24-85), (LRC) PSD- 328527; 6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and for any legal purpose this may serve.
