Payment Terms: Upon receipt of a signed contract AEE will countersign within 3 business days and send an invoice for the initial deposit as well as specifics regarding all sponsorship fulfillment deadlines.

A 25% deposit is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. The balance is due by July 28, 2017. If a partnership is contracted after July 28, 2017, full payment is due with 30 days. If a partnership is contracted within 30 days of the conference, full payment must be received prior to the start of the conference.

Cancellations of any partnerships must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received after July 28, 2017, are not eligible for a refund and will be responsible for the full partnership fee.
