    Khmer Angkor,

I disagree that judges, Chief of Police, and the Military Leaders should be appointed by the king.

Any political appointment is corrupt and political in nature; whereas free and fair election of

judges diminished political corruption and influences from corrupt official. Best illustration is

Thailand judicial justice system, Police Chief, and Military Leaders. They serve the rich, powerful and the elite in connection to the King and in place to preserve the power of the

powerful. In similar, this is what is happening in Cambodia. We are creature of habits and

regardless of who in charge, he or she is always has the propensity to be corrupted.

Cambodia can only be freed by independent and free will of the free and courageous individual

who is willing to sacrifice his or her life for the freer good of Cambodia. The role of the King

should be head of state in place to prevent unscrupulous Judges, Chief of Police, Military

Leaders and or any member of high society or elite from positioning himself or herself in a

leadership position that is not in accordance with the electoral process, the Constitution and or

in accordance with the law of the land. His or her role as head of state is try to prevent anyone

circumventing the law and guarantor of the law and to preserve fairness, equilibrium, and

balance in our country that is base on integrity and the fortitude to what is right when no one is

looking at us. The country most important asset is the people-the strength of our nation. The

nation is good as the people of the nation can be free and strong and well. The nation raise and

fall are all incongruence on the esprit dcor of the people. Uphold the law is the first step in

prosperity, strong nation, strong people, strong families, and strong Cambodia. Unity of efforts

and line of efforts are all incorporated into one priority of efforts, and that is the well-being of

    our NATION.

Until we come to a conclusion that we, Khmer, are one; then it is not guarantee that we will

ever be human to live in our motherlands land. Until then, we continue to see suffering, injustice, and corruption rampart in the kingdom of Cambodia and where King and Queen

hidden inside the palace, warlords with guns and prostitutes with HIV rule the street and

    society.

Uphold the law to ensure freedom of the people and free and fair of the people and due

process and equality applies to all people in our Khmer land. This is my advice to the

government of Cambodia. Synergistic effects energize the heart of the people.
