2015 ANNUAL MEETING PROGRAM Published in conjunction with the AHA’s annual meeting, held yearly at the beginning of January, the Program is mailed to the membership in late-October and also provided to participants at the annual meeting. Circulation for the Annual Meeting Program is over 18,000. Insertion orders and ads should be submitted via the online form. ADVERTISING IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND AWARDS BOOKLETS The Awards Ceremony is held the evening of Friday, January 2 and the Presidential Address is held the evening of Saturday, January 3. Each year, over 500 Annual Meeting participants attend each event. Specs: ad size: 5 1/2” x 8 1/2”; halftones: 120 linescreen; ink: 4-color; price: Covers 2 & 3 $1,000 / Cover 4, $1,250; printing: saddlestitched, white, offset paperstock; copy submission: camera-ready, electronically as a PDF (PLEASE NOTE: We require that copy submitted as a PDF has all fonts and images embedded, and all images—logos, book covers, etc.—at least 300 d.p.i.). to Kelly Elmore at [email protected]. *We are willing to work with any company to develop new advertising options tailored to their needs.
