the City of Lawrenceville pro-poses to let a contract to the lowest responsible bidder upon Sealed Bids for the construction of a proposed sidewalk project. The trail route begins on Paper Mill Road at Ezzard Street, travels along both sides of Paper Mill Road to end at Spring-lake Road.
Said bids shall be received at the Lawrenceville City Hall, Director of Public Works, 3rd Floor, 70 South Clayton Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 no later than 3:00 pm on 01/23/2014. Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, la-bor, equipment, and all other things necessary for the completion of the proposed GDOT TE project. The extent and character of the work to be done generally consists of the following:
Construction of a concrete sidewalk with storm drain-age, curb and gutter, ADA ac-cessible ramps, replacement of driveways, and minor util-ity relocations. Georgia De-partment of Transportation Standard Specifications and applicable Supplemental and Special Provisions apply to this project. The project has a DBE goal of 8%.

The entire contract must be completed within 270 days after notice to proceed.
