The first section is going to be entitled as ‘Work’ and will show a business man at work, holding the iPad with a picture such as a graph or pie chart on it. He will be surrounded by colleagues and his boss who will all look very interested and pleased. The second section, which will be entitled ‘Relax’, will show the same man in a café or on the train, with the iPad, reading the newspaper. The third and final section will be entitled play. This section the man will be at home, accompanied by his wife and children. It will be entitled ‘play’. They will be watching a film or playing a game like Angry Birds. Main characters: The main character of my advert is the very commonly seen business man. The sub character's are his colleagues, his boss, his wife and his children. Slogan ideas: -An eye for iPad. -Putting the I into iPad. -An iPad day helps you work, rest and play. -Achieve, compose, entertain. Setting: There are going to be three different settings for my print advert. The first one is the office place in a conference room (work). The second one is in a café or on the train (Only time this man has to himself). The third and final one is at home (with his family). Overall message: It’s a helping hand, it’s convenient, i t can do everything you want it too. Where would you place the advert? I would place my advert either on a train, billboard, newspaper or magazine. This is as it is mainly aimed at business men who use the train or car to get to work. They also read the newspaper so it will feature there. It is not only aimed at business men but mothers, fathers, children, grandparents ect. So it may also feature in various magazines aimed at various people.
