Kishore Gandhi

Kishore has been driven by a need to pursue what he is passionate about - charting new journeys to hone talent in people as a Leadership and Organization Development Coach. He brings his deep understanding of human behavior coupled with earnest inquiry to co-create insights thereby, facilitate action based learning and ownership in personal growth. Kishore has been consulting with corporate and social development sectors in India for over 10 years. His forte is in designing and facilitating learning interventions focused on leadership, manager, team and interpersonal effectiveness and development, OD interventions, Change and Inclusive growth. Meenakshi Vijayasimha

Meenakshi brings her unique perspective into Advaya with her learning focus, inquisitiveness coupled with openness to experience new ideas and methodologies in the people and organizational learning. Her strength of getting deep into the task or subject topic, process at hand helps her research on people and organizational sciences. She has spent over six years in marketing and customer services in the Indian automobile and advertising Industry. Meenakshi has facilitated programs in interpersonal effectiveness and Life-skills. Methodologies, Accreditations: T group process work, the Tavistock group relations, depth psychology, Transactional Analysis, Alternate dispute resolution, Neuro linguistic programming, Drexler Sibbet Team Performance System, Results Coaching Systems Intensive Coach training using Neuroscience Approach to coaching. Neela is passionate about collaborating with people and teams to help them realize their higher potential. Her strength lies in her ability to spot and nurture talents in others. She consistently finds creative learning opportunities and brings systems thinking in her work and approach to people and organizational development. A HR leader with eighteen years experience, she has worked in global hi-tech organizations like Cisco Systems India and Juniper Networks co-creating high performing value based organizations across multiple cultures. She has led HR, Learning and OD function and Talent acquisition teams in her career. She has led several workshops on managerial effectiveness; leadership, employee engagement, career development, financial acumen; Inclusion and diversity. Sandhya truly believes that every human being has the potential to unleash excellence in oneself. A dental surgeon by profession, has spent over 20 years practicing dentistry in India and the United States. Her background in the medical field along with an MBA from New York University, coupled with deep desire to probe deeper into the recesses of the human mind and explore the limitless capacity of self to heal and cure itself led her into counseling and mentoring. She works with professionals to enhance their public speaking skills, risk taking & managing upwards. She conducts training programs for children and women in helping them unleash their inner potential, develop interpersonal effectiveness, life skills, managing emotions, stress and time management. Methodologies, Accreditations: T-Groups, NeuroLinguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Handwriting Analysis & Kappasian Psychology of Behavior Modification through Psychotherapy & Hypnotic Modules. Building a Great Career: A 60 minutes Webinar from an International Career Success Coach on building and sustaining a great career for hi-potential women employees. Suggested Learning Delegates/Session: 30 3. Amazing Careers: A 16 week Web based group (20 members) learning program led by an internationally accredited Career success coach with 2 individual coaching sessions. 60 minutes learning module. The program can be tailored to meet organization's leadership pipeline needs. This could also be offered to your hi-potential women employees. 4. Career Choice – Recognizing and Celebrating the power within: A 4- hour facilitator and Internal group leader(s) led large group interaction conducted in-house/chosen external venue.
